WAKE UP!!! STAY MOTIVATED!!!

Ok guys..........exactly what I feared was going to happen is happening!!!  No one is talking, we are falling into our little worlds and doing silly things like forgetting to weigh things ( I KNOW YOU ARE), not mixin it up like we were at the beginning and feeling pretty good about ourselves cause we are smaller than when we started!!
Well, its time to beef it up!!  Any ideas?  Do we need a short term goal?  No one wants a BIG ASS!!!!

I had a little reality check yesterday, I had the opportunity to get tested in a bod pod.  A machine that looks like Mork from Ork's egg that you sit in just about naked and it tests your body fat!!!  I HAVE 44 pounds of fat on my body!!  EWWWWW  I have work to do!!1

Wholly Excercise

So I took my first spin class today.............Wholly Shitballs Batman!!!  Soooo much fun, sooo much sweat, sooo much PAIN!!!  
No really, it was a blast!! Great music and an awesome cardio workout!!  Now I have to find an instructor who is just as good because my first spin class was also the last class that Lori is teaching at our gym.  Just my luck ........always my luck!!!
You Pogue girls should try it, I promise it will kick your ass!!!

HELP!!!! I NEED A LITTLE BOOST

Hi All.............I need your help... I am involved in this fundraising/fun adventure to race Stratton Mountain on snow shoes on January 28th with four of my nearest and dearest girl friends, Sofonda Tatas!!! I am very close to being one of the top 2 fundraisers overall and would love to have the honor of being number 1 out of 6000 possible fundraisers!!!

A cure for breast cancer is all I wish for as my step sister has had a double mastectomy and my mother just finished her final radiation treatment last week. Any support you can give will be greatly appreciated!!! Remember "feel your boobies" it could mean your health!!!!

WEEK 2 COMPLETE.........WHY DOES APRIL SEEM SOOOO FAR AWAY!!

So Meg is still on top!!! You GO GIRL!!  The Pogue girls have an unusual knack for spending hours walking, running and exercising much longer than the rest of us!!!

Slow and steady wins the race...at least that is what I'm hoping!!  Look out Foxwoods..we're coming!! And Tim NO one will want to see you in your speedo if in fact you gain weight every week!!!

WEEK 2 almost DONE!!

Sounds like you guys are marching right along.  I can't say I'm marching along at the same speed as the rest of you.  I haven't been very good at weighing my food and I'm thinking that I might have too!!!

What has everyone been doing for workouts?  Anything fun?  I have some more dumbell workouts if anyone is interested.
